This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your FINBL account and all associated data. When you delete your account, your access is closed and your data is erased irreversibly, except for information we are legally required to retain.
You can delete your account in either of these two ways:
Deleting your account erases, among others:
We may retain certain information for the time strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing data required by tax regulations). Backups that may contain your data are automatically deleted within a maximum of 90 days.
If you have an active paid subscription, it will be cancelled as part of the deletion process. No refunds are issued for periods already billed.
Requests are normally processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
